Cromlix Hotel recently unveiled a captivating film showcasing its latest developments following a major refurbishment and six months of operation since reopening. The film, strategically used in a pivotal meeting with a US client, offers an enticing glimpse into the hotel’s rejuvenated ambiance and offerings.
As part of a series of films for the hotel, this project was shot over three days at the hotel’s picturesque location in Dunblane, Scotland. Hosted by Kim Murray, the film tour begins with a warm welcome, highlighting the vibrant energy and artistic flair infused into the hotel’s design.
Kim’s narration guides viewers through the hotel’s distinctive features, including curated artwork by David Shrigley and the addition of a grand piano, enriching the guest experience with live music. The personalised touch extends to the uniquely named bedrooms, such as Verbena, reflecting Cromlix’s connection to its estate.
The film showcases the hotel’s departure from traditional Scottish design elements, opting instead for a refreshing blend of colours and textures inspired by the surrounding landscape. From the generously proportioned bedrooms to the thoughtfully designed bathrooms, every detail exudes luxury and sophistication.
Cromlix’s commitment to providing exceptional experiences is evident in its newly introduced amenities, such as the Wimbledon-inspired tennis court and the trendy Pickleball Court. Future plans, including the construction of Woodland Cabins, promise unparalleled accommodations nestled amidst nature’s tranquility.
The film concludes with Kim’s visit to the kitchen garden, where she collaborates with Sarah Corser, the hotel’s gardener and florist, to gather fresh flowers for the rooms. This seamless integration of nature into the hotel’s ambiance reflects Cromlix’s ethos of blending outdoor beauty with indoor elegance.
As Kim bids farewell, the film leaves viewers eager to experience Cromlix firsthand, embodying the hotel’s commitment to delivering unforgettable moments of luxury and serenity.
